VCISHIELDS ALUBAR is a triple layer film obtained by coupling aluminum with other materials to protect products from atmospheric and environmental agents. Resistant and effective, this triple layer film is part of the SHIELDS product range. It is ideal for maritime transport and container shipments of materials that must be protected from humidity, corrosion and salt such as electrical cabinets, mechanical equipment, etc. Available in standard rolls, on request available also in sheets, bags, envelopes, tubular films.

Product Description
The material is formed by the coupling of an oriented polyester film (12 mycrons), aluminum (9 mycrons) and high density polyethylene (80 mycrons). Internal Polyethylene color: black.
Available in rolls with height mm 1000/1250/1500/1750 from sqm 300 each.
On request, rolls of different heights can be produced with a maximum height of 6000 mm.

Recommended Applications
Heat-sealable product suitable for packaging applications of industrial and technical products. The coupled barrier has high thermal resistance, excellent mechanical performance and maximum barrier to light, gas and water vapor.
